Key Responsibilities -

Perform HR Administrative Task.
Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the hiring manager.Manage a payroll process smoothly.Maintain candidate databases and trackers.Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.

Requirements -

Previous experience in HR Administrative task and Payroll process.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven and target-oriented.Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruiting.Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks.

Compensation - ₹15,000-20,000/ Month

Timings - 9 AM to 6 PM
