Role: HR and Business Operations Partner Location: India (Bengaluru/Noida) Working Model: Hybrid Position Type: Permanent About KWA Analytics: KWA Analytics is a global organization offering a comprehensive range of consulting services for trade lifecycle management. We serve clients in energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset/investment management. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Business Operations Partner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in a fast-paced, globally integrated organization. Job Description: Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, PMS, exits etc). Manage employee experience through rewards, benefits, and policy implementation. Design and implement HR SOPs (onboarding, exits, travel, visa, asset management). Ensure accuracy in employee documentation and maintain audit-ready records. Own payroll input accuracy (variable pay, bonuses, leave adjustments). Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.). Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports (attrition, hiring, compliance, headcount). Oversee leave and attendance tracking systems. Act as SPOC for IT coordination, office admin, vendor management, and visa/travel support. Organize team events, offsites, and employee engagement initiatives. Execute operational HR tasks including documentation, data audits, leave tracking, and onboarding logistics in a lean and fast-paced setup. Skill and Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in HR operations or business coordination in a lean or global setup. Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and compliance. Hands-on experience in managing documentation, SOPs, and dashboards. Proficiency with data handling and HR analytics tools like Power BI Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and ensure process reliability. Experience in handling vendor coordination, office logistics, and visa processes is an advantage. Comfort with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and collaborative tools. For the ideal candidate, we offer: A permanent job contract.
