Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting hotel rooms, banquet spaces, F&B outlets, and other services. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room and banquet sales targets.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and event planners.
  
• Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
  
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients and partners.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management.
  
• Collaborate with F&B, Front Office, Reservations, and Banquet teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  
• Oversee digital and online sales channels, ensuring maximum visibility and occupancy.
  
• Train and guide junior sales executives to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
