Hotel Sales Manager

As a Sales Strategy Development & Execution professional, your role will involve developing and implementing sales plans to meet revenue objectives. This includes setting sales goals, identifying target markets, and creating actionable plans based on market research and identified business opportunities. You will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting sales strategies to align with market conditions and competitor activities. Your responsibilities will include cultivating new business, nurturing existing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client needs and concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Cultivate new business and nurture existing accounts - Provide excellent customer service and address client needs and concerns In terms of Contract Negotiation, you will be tasked with negotiating contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, conferences, and corporate stays. Your focus will be on ensuring that contracts are profitable for the hotel while meeting client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Negotiate contracts and agreements for various bookings - Ensure contracts are profitable for the hotel and meet client expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 10 years of experience in the hotel industry - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages - Willingness to travel up to 75% Please note that this is a full-time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal. You will be required to work day shifts with the possibility of a performance bonus and cell phone reimbursement. Relocation or reliable commuting to Siliguri is necessary for this role.,
