Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales efforts, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, conducting site tours, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Marketing and strategic planning Ability to work independently and manage a team Excellent negotiation and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
