Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Hotel Sales Manager. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing team, attending networking events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to drive business growth and enhance the hotel's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
• Proficiency in Corporate sales
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field / Freshers also welcome
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
