Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the hotel's services, packages, and events. This role is essential in driving occupancy, increasing event bookings, and maximizing overall profitability. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new corporate and leisure clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers. Handle corporate bookings, group reservations, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales. Conduct site inspections, hotel tours, and client meetings to showcase property offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and meet sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages. Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the hotel brand. Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, pipelines, and customer feedback. Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the local and national hospitality market. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and customer-focused attitude. Preferred Skills:Experience with luxury or boutique hotels (if applicable) Familiarity with OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms Multilingual abilities (a plus) Compensation:Competitive salary + incentives/commission Other benefits: [e.g., medical insurance, travel allowance, performance bonuses]
