Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at Santu Gsm An Eco Resort, located in Bhavnagar. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Hotel Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
