Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Tele Caller, located in Bhavnagar. The Hotel Tele Caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, following call scripts, identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives. The role involves taking reservations, providing assistance about room availability, booking modifications, handling guest inquiries, and offering excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills, active listening, and strong telephone etiquette
  • Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with reservation software/systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, hospitality industry experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
