Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations & approaching all avenues & sectors like corporate & travel agents sales,inbound operators, MICE/ PCO organizers, wedding & events planners, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include networking with potential clients, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and business growth for multiple luxury & boutique hotels & resorts acros Maharashtra & India.

Qualifications

• Immediate joining is must.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with only hotel sales background.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management in hotel industry, preferably mumbai market region.
• Marketing knowledge and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
