Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Revenue & Reservation Specialist, located in Mumbai with flexible work-from-home options. The Revenue & Reservation Specialist will manage OTAs, dynamic pricing, reservations, revenue managememt, revenue cycles, conduct financial analysis, and maintain accurate accounting records. Responsibilities include optimizing room inventory & price in all channels, managing channel manager, monitoring booking trends, and enhancing revenue through effective price strategies. Additionally, this role involves communication with guests and sales / operation team members to ensure a seamless booking experience & revenue optimisation for multiple boutique hotels & resorts, understanding market demand & suplly funnel and market trend, scrutanizing & mapping competitors pricing strategy.

Qualifications

Looking for strong & dynamic revenue & reservation professional who can establish the CRO from the ground-up, on-boarding potential OTAs and maintaining relations. Handling PMS for multi-property channels. MIS & Reports. Maintaing proper market mix & distribution channels.

• Revenue Cycle Management and Analytical Skills.
• Should have prior experience handling OTAs contracting & dynamic pricing aling with reservations & handling clients calls.
• Finance and Accounting proficiency
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
