Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections, as well as coordinating with marketing teams to create promotional material and campaigns. The role will also involve analyzing sales data and forecasting revenue. Immediate joining is must. Should have good relations & contacts with corporates, travel partners, wedding planners and MICE organisers from Mumbai, Pune & Gujarat region. Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train and develop team members Excellent organizational and analytical skills Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
