Job Description

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and implementing sales strategies that maximize occupancy and profitability. This role focuses on driving room sales, meeting and event bookings, and developing partnerships to enhance the hotel’s market position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure accurate completion of all sales-related documents.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
  • Maintain a detailed client database and follow up regularly to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry sales roles.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
