Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our destination weddings team. This role involves supporting the sales process, engaging with potential clients, assisting in planning, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Key Responsibilities Assist with client inquiries through meetings, calls, and emails. Participate in client meetings and venue site visits. Support the development of customized wedding solutions for clients. Provide guidance on wedding destinations, venues, and services. Follow up on leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain client records and track communications and progress. Assist in negotiating and closing deals under the guidance of senior sales staff. Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from inquiry to event execution. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support event planning and logistics. Help prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the event or wedding industry. Basic knowledge or interest in destination weddings and event planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-oriented approach. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
