Job Title: IT Head Industry: Real Estate Development & Construction Technology Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the IT vision and roadmap aligned with business growth and organizational goals. Drive adoption of emerging technologies (IoT, smart city solutions, AI, cloud, mobility). ERP/CRM Implementation & Management Lead deployment, customization, and integration of ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent). Ensure systems support project management, sales, customer engagement, and financial reporting. Automation & Digital Transformation Drive automation projects in real estate including BMS, surveillance, access control, Wi-Fi enablement, and smart facilities management. Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities for efficiency and customer experience. Vendor & Partner Management Evaluate, onboard, and manage IT vendors, service providers, and system integrators. Negotiate contracts to ensure cost optimization and service quality. Project Planning & Delivery Oversee end-to-end IT project management including scoping, budgeting, implementation, and timelines. Ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives with measurable outcomes. IT Operations & Infrastructure Management Manage internal IT operations including network, servers, storage, security, and business continuity. Ensure high uptime, data security, and compliance with industry standards. Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as a bridge between business teams and IT service providers. Ensure clear communication, effective problem resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction. Leadership & Team Development Build and mentor a high-performing IT team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in account management, vendor negotiations, and IT service delivery. Strong exposure to ERP/CRM (Salesforce/SAP/MS Dynamics) implementations. Knowledge of IoT, smart city solutions, BMS, and surveillance systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management, budgeting, and multi-tasking capabilities. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving approach. Requirements Preferred Background Candidates from IT services/products, retail, or system integrator backgrounds. Real estate technology experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Engineering/IT graduate; MBA preferred.
