About The Role
We are seeking dynamic and relationship-driven professionals to lead Business Development and Hospital Tie-Up activities across multiple locations. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with hospitals, consultants, corporates, and referral networks to drive patient acquisitions for rehabilitation, post-acute care, homecare, and specialized medical services.Key ResponsibilitiesHospital & Consultant Tie-Ups
- Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, consultants, and medical practitioners for referral partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with specialty departments, rehab units, case managers, and patient care teams.
- Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on service offerings.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute BD strategies to drive patient flow across assigned regions.
- Generate leads through hospitals, corporates, medical facilitators, and community networks.
- Track and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and referral sources.
Client & Partner Management
- Act as a point of contact for partner hospitals and consultants.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clinical teams, patient services, and referral partners.
- Maintain regular engagement to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Market Expansion & Outreach
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and strategic partnership avenues.
- Support marketing initiatives, outreach programs, camps, and events to promote services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to guide BD strategy.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate reports of visits, tie-ups, leads, conversions, and referral metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, patient coordination teams, and leadership for smooth onboarding of cases.
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience: Assistant Manager: 3-5 years; Manager: 5-8 years; Senior Manager: 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare business development, hospital tie-ups.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related discipline required. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Business/Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Proven track record of closing hospital tie-ups, onboarding referral partners, and meeting or exceeding BD targets; ability to present metrics and case studies of past achievements.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and professional communication skills; experience engaging with clinicians, hospital administration, and corporate clients.
- Analytical capability to maintain pipelines, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned city/region; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Certifications in sales, business development, or healthcare management (desirable).
