Hospital Marketing Specialist

As a Referral Marketing Executive at Sunrise Hospital, Kalindi Colony, your primary objective is to enhance patient/client inflow and service utilization by strategically developing referral networks with healthcare professionals such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. Your role involves building, managing, and nurturing relationships to drive referrals and business growth effectively. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and establishing relationships with referring healthcare professionals, promoting hospital services and medical team capabilities, conducting regular visits to maintain engagement, tracking referral data, organizing referral-focused events and campaigns, maintaining a referral database, addressing partner concerns, coordinating with internal departments for patient care, developing marketing materials for referral engagement, and staying updated on market trends and partnership opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, have an understanding of healthcare services and medical terminology, be willing to travel regularly, exhibit goal-oriented and self-motivated behavior, demonstrate analytical skills for data tracking and reporting, and maintain a customer service attitude with problem-solving capabilities. The qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in referral marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical representative roles. Experience in hospital/clinic marketing is beneficial, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is expected. Your performance will be measured based on the number of new referral partners developed, monthly referral volume growth, retention rate of existing referral sources, feedback and satisfaction from partners, and your contribution to the overall patient footfall or revenue.,
