Supply Chain Strategy

• Define and implement supply chain strategy
• Establish and Implement Processes towards strategy
• Plan and lead the right organization

Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting & Budgeting

• Drive demand-supply planning
• Production-material alignment, and forecast accuracy for Supply Forecasting

Procurement (RM & Indirect)

• Supplier Development & Negotiations
• Supplier Quality Management
• Procurement and ensuring supplies in time
• Bidding and other Procurement Processes
• PO Management for the Company

Procurement of Real Estate, Projects and Services

• Procurement and ensuring supplies in time for Projects
• Procurement Processes related to Real Estate
• Procurement of any other Services

Materials Management

• Material and Inventory Management in the Manufacturing Units with Safe Storage
• Ensure timely availability of Materials

Analytics, MIS & Technology

• Drive automation and technology adoption in SCM operations
• Establish data-driven decision-making culture through advanced MIS and Analytics

Qualifications

Any Graduate / B.E./B. Tech in Engineering +

MBA in Supply Chain or Operations (preferably)

Required Skills

Total Experience: 20-25 years in supply chain

leadership roles having led the function for 3-5 years

Industry Preference:

Steel, Metals, Cement, Building Materials

Pay range and compensation package
