This role is for someone energized by building high-trust client ecosystems, coaching sales teams, and leading the company toward ambitious revenue growth. We are looking for an individual who can commit to a long-term journey with us as we scale.

Tasks & Activities

Drive Revenue Growth & Sales Performance

  • Lead the sales function to achieve consistent revenue targets through structured plans, efficient execution, and team alignment.
  • Conduct

    daily sales meetings

    to track progress, resolve blockers, and support deal movement.
  • Monitor

    individual and team targets weekly

    , taking quick corrective action where needed.
  • Reassign, support, or strategically guide team members based on pipeline demand and high-priority deals.
  • Define

    monthly and quarterly revenue goals

    , backed by clear strategies and execution plans.

Optimize Sales Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline using tracking systems, performance insights, and accurate forecasting.
  • Build and update the

    sales pipeline daily

    — tracking leads, conversions, and deal stages.
  • Share

    weekly revenue projections and insights

    with leadership in a clear and structured format.
  • Identify bottlenecks, stagnating leads, or qualification gaps and deploy quick solutions to improve pipeline flow.
  • Ensure strong

    lead qualification, structured CRM discipline, documented pipelines, and deal progression hygiene

Build a High-Trust Client Relationship System

  • Establish long-lasting client trust through transparency, responsiveness, structured follow-ups, and outcome delivery.
  • Ensure fast, high-clarity responses to client inquiries with realistic timelines.
  • Maintain systematic account management and oversee key client relationships.
  • Build

    standard templates

    and communication guidelines for the team to maintain premium client conversations.
  • Lead key account deal closures personally when needed to ensure conversion from inquiry to contract.

Develop and Mentor Future Sales Leaders

  • Strengthen the team with coaching, ownership frameworks, improvement rituals, and leadership paths.
  • Conduct

    weekly sales skill-building sessions

    (pitching, negotiation, objection handling, communication, deal structuring).
  • Identify strong ownership and leadership qualities early in team members.
  • Assign high-impact deals, partnerships, and client interactions to future sales leaders for growth exposure.
  • Build a

    performance scorecard & recognition system

    to keep motivation high and leadership visible.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Sales Leadership:

    Experience leading a sales team and building sales strategy that drives measurable revenue growth.
  • Pipeline & CRM Discipline:

    Strong background in sales pipeline structuring, forecasting hygiene, and deal tracking systems.
  • Negotiation & Closing Excellence:

    Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals and convert opportunities into profitable outcomes.
  • Client Communication:

    Ability to build trust-based, premium client conversations with structured follow-ups and clarity.
  • Target Ownership:

    Comfortable running daily revenue decisions independently, aligning team energy to business outcomes.
  • Mentorship Mindset:

    Experience coaching and developing sales talent toward leadership roles.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to map markets, identify revenue opportunities, and assign budgets, priorities, and ownership accordingly.


Bonus Experience

  • Experience in

    SaaS, fintech, luxury services, or founder-led businesses

  • A background in building revenue teams that scale.
  • Prior exposure to HNI or corporate client management.
  • Familiarity with performance dashboards and sales analytics tools.
