Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

    Identify, reach out to, and convert prospective clients, including corporates, HNIs, and event planners, into long-term business relationships.


  • Sales Strategy Execution:

    Implement and optimize sales strategies across multiple channels (cold calls, email outreach, social media, networking events).


  • Client Meetings & Presentations:

    Confidently pitch our services through virtual and in-person meetings; build trust and tailor proposals to match client goals.


  • Partnership Building:

    Forge strategic partnerships with vendors, PR agencies, and corporate teams to expand our business pipeline.


  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to help shape offerings and positioning.


  • Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.


  • CRM & Pipeline Management:

    Maintain organized and updated client data, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Communication & Sales Skills:

    Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections confidently, and close deals effectively.


  • Results-Oriented Mindset:

    High motivation to meet and exceed targets, with a performance-driven work ethic.


  • Client-Centric Approach:

    Passion for understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions rather than one-size-fits-all pitches.


  • Professional Presentation:

    Polished in both appearance and communication, capable of representing the brand with elegance and clarity.


  • Organizational Agility:

    Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously without losing momentum.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in luxury, event planning, hospitality, or lifestyle services.


  • Background in B2B or consultative sales.


  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.


  • Existing network of potential clients, vendors, or corporate decision-makers.
