As a Business Development & Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving consistent revenue growth in the corporate travel market. You will be responsible for prospecting, client outreach, direct engagement, goal ownership, relationship building, market intelligence, in-person interactions, networking, and enhancing brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Actively search for companies aligning with our services to develop a steady stream of qualified leads - Initiate conversations, follow up regularly, and convert prospective clients into active customers - Utilize calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our offerings and customize travel solutions based on client needs - Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focused and strategic approach - Ensure existing clients receive consistent support and maintain a high level of service satisfaction - Study industry movements, analyze competitors, and stay updated on market demands to refine sales efforts - Attend client meetings and travel for business discussions as required - Represent the company at events, gatherings, and professional networks to enhance visibility Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or sales within the travel domain - BBA, MBA, or a degree in Travel & Tourism or related fields Key Abilities: - Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities - Ability to evaluate market opportunities through research and analysis - Hands-on experience with CRM systems, MS Office, and maintaining sales documentation - Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work within tight timelines In addition to the core responsibilities and qualifications, we offer a competitive salary structure with performance-based incentives.
