We’re Hiring | Product Leader – Gold & Silver Loans | Chhattisgarh

Gold & Silver Loan

What you’ll drive

End-to-end product strategy: market research, pricing, credit policy & regulatory compliance
Branch rollout & SOP design for safe-custody, valuation, storage and disbursal workflows
Tech enablement: LOS/LMS configuration, customer journey mapping, process automation
Risk & portfolio management: LTV monitoring, fraud controls, audit readiness
Cross-functional leadership: train field teams, coordinate with marketing, ops & finance

What sets you apart

5-10 yrs hands-on experience scaling
gold / silver loan
products (NBFC or Bank)
Proven track record in semi-urban / rural markets, ideally within Central India
Strong grasp of RBI guidelines, hallmarking norms, and security protocols
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable playbooks
Entrepreneurial spirit—you own outcomes, not just tasks
