Head of Product

Summary:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with Impacteers mission and revenue objectives.
• Oversee both B2C and B2B product ecosystems, including Upskilling, Mentorship, and Recruitment solutions.
• Design and implement platform-level business and revenue models, such as subscriptions and marketplace.
• Build and lead multiple product PODs, ensuring focus, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Drive end-to-end product development from requirements to design, engineering, QA, and launch.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and product gaps.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Growth teams for GTM planning and execution.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 8-14 years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership within EdTech, SaaS, or CareerTech.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional product teams and multi-POD environments.
• Deep understanding of B2B & B2C product business models, user journeys, and monetization strategies.
• Strong command of market research, competitor analysis, user testing, and A/B experimentation.
• Experience with analytics and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, GA4, CleverTap).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with platform monetization and subscription models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
