Job Description

As a Product Leader, you will be responsible for leading a product line with a focus on customer growth. Your role will involve various key responsibilities, including: - Translating executive or founder vision into multi-stream roadmaps and measurable outcomes. - Operating at the system and portfolio level, rather than the feature or project level. - Managing other Product Managers or cross-functional leads, not limited to engineers and designers. - Building processes, defining product ops, and ensuring alignment across UX, Engineering, and Marketing. - Embedding metrics, experimentation, and measurement loops into the team's operating system. - Communicating with executive clarity using data-backed insights. - Navigating Founder or C-suite personalities while prioritizing effectively. - Driving orchestration and alignment without micromanaging. - Demonstrating executive brevity in written and verbal communication. - Comfortable with storytelling, board-level reporting, and driving buy-in across functions. - Understanding the social-tech context and value system, focusing on collaboration, thoughtfulness, and non-ego-driven approaches. - Valuing empathy, systems thinking, and inclusive leadership. Additionally, an ideal candidate for this role would have the following qualifications: - Prior experience in a Series B to Series D Product Startup with 1 Million Users. - Strong expertise in A/B testing, funnel instrumentation, behavioural metrics, and product analytics frameworks. - Experience in AI-assisted experimentation and connecting market insights with portfolio strategy and measurable business outcomes. - Ability to translate vision into executional clarity and build a coherent product organization. - Proficiency in managing political complexities while maintaining empathy for the Product mission and UX.
