Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Products at CrunchMetrics, you will be located in Bangalore, India. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 3-4 years of hands-on coding and development experience. - Previous experience in a product organization that serves data-driven clients in industries like Telecom, E-commerce, or Fintech. - Knowledge of deploying SaaS-based analytics solutions is advantageous. - A strong customer-centric approach is essential. - An educational background in computer science is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences, internal and external. - Strong execution capabilities and the knack for proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to ensure successful completion of complex projects. - Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
