Implementation-Conversion Analyst Specialist

Role Overview: As an Implementation-Conversion Analyst Specialist at FIS, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Core banking applications, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating with Service delivery and technical product groups. You will play a key role in supporting software changes and ensuring a high level of service delivery to clients. Your strong sense of ownership and drive will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Kick off the IBS Teller project and share relevant documents - Build test and production banks for clients - Conduct client DEMO for bank staff on teller controls and overall functionality - Assist in setting up printers/hardware related to teller applications - Build checks and receipts in the bank environment - Configure system per banks requirements - Provide regular updates to stakeholders, perform testing, and assist clients in UAT testing - Participate in and drive GoLive activities, postproduction support, and handover - Demonstrate good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of FIS products and services (added bonus) - Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry (added bonus) - Fluent in English - Excellent communicator with the ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions - Attention to detail with a track record of authoring high-quality documentation - Organized approach to managing and adapting priorities - Self-starter with a team mindset, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team Additional Details: FIS is a leading technology company that powers the world's economy by delivering innovative products and solutions.
