Job Summary: As a Delivery Lead , you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large and complex projects. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Lean Portfolio Management , including managing multiple projects, portfolios, and aligning business strategies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile approaches. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management techniques, including Scrum or Kanban. Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large-scale projects. Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive project success. Strong communication skills to effectively report progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Risk Management: Ability to analyze, identify, and mitigate project risks effectively, ensuring smooth project execution. Project Cost & Resource Management: Proficient in managing project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions that drive profitability. Experience Requirements: Proven experience in managing and delivering large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and methodologies.
