The Head of Partnerships, Alliances and Growth will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role requires a good personality, business acumen, communication and credibility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating the company’s growth, and brand positioning through strategic alliances and collaborations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to support business objectives.
• Attract, Identify , Evaluate and appoint partners, including corporations, franchisees, and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to align partnership goals with business needs.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Drive revenue growth through effective partnership initiatives and expansion strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

4. Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in partnership management, business development, marketing or strategic alliances.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in any Service industry, Concept selling and driving revenue growth through partnerships is preferred.

7. Location and Travel Requirements

The position is based in North India (Gurgaon). The candidate should be open to travel 6-8 days in a month.

• Competitive Base Salary:

  We offer a base salary that exceeds industry standards, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field with a CTC of INR 30 - 36 Lacs depending upon experience and qualifications.
