Roles and Responsibilities:
- Head the Regional Sales and Business Development of the company.
- Develop a strategic roadmap and monitor business goals and milestones.
- Acquire new customers, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Conduct sales pitches, influence, negotiate, and close deals with C-Suite executives, HR & Marketing Heads of medium to large corporates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree level.
- Adequate and relevant years of work experience in Corporate/Institutional Sales, Partnerships & Alliances. Experience in concept selling will be preferred.
- Candidates from Hospitality, FMCG, Healthcare, Industry sales and other service/product-based sales backgrounds will be preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales & Business Development.
- Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace Tools.

Salary and Compensation:
CTC:
Up to 18 Lakhs p.a. Fixed plus performance based component, and rewards and incentives for higher achievements.- Additional benefits and perks
