1. Job Summary

 

The Head – Partnerships will play a key role in facilitating the company’s growth, and brand positioning through alliances and collaborations. The partners will be established business entities with connects and relationships with major companies as well as companies who can inbuilt our technology in their products as a USP. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with such key Partners across B2B Industry verticals. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet the company’s revenue and growth targets within the institutional segment.

  • The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to support business objectives.
  • Attract, Identify, Evaluate and appoint Re-selling Partners, such as Corporate Gifting Agencies, Franchisees, Service Providers or Material Suppliers to various Industry sectors such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, IT, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to align partnership goals with business needs.
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective partnership initiatives and expansion strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

4. Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business , preferably with technical qualifications or understanding,
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in management, business development or managing alliances.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in any Service industry, Concept selling and driving revenue growth through partnerships will be preferred.

7. Location and Travel Requirements

The position is based in North India (Gurgaon). The candidate should be open to travel 6-8 days in a month.

  • Competitive Base Salary:

    We offer a base salary that exceeds industry standards, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field with a CTC of INR 30 Lacs. Higher if warranted due to experience and performance.
