Role Overview

Head of Partnerships

You’ll directly drive Gradii’s revenue growth through partnerships with HR platforms, enterprises, and ecosystem players.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified partnership leads across HR, tech, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Build and manage a predictable

  partner acquisition pipeline

• Convert partnerships into active revenue channels through structured onboarding and execution.
• Collaborate with product and ops teams to ensure each partner is successfully live and delivering results.
• Track, optimize, and report partnership performance and revenue outcomes.
• Represent Gradii in ecosystem discussions, demos, and partnership meetings.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience in

  partnerships, B2B sales, or business development

  (preferably SaaS / HR Tech).
• Proven ability to

  close deals and drive implementation success

  .
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Hustler mindset with a structured approach — lead, convert, scale.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
