Head of Partnerships

You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients to establish a strong partnership between people and the organization. This includes maintaining consistent contact with existing clients. You will also manage the sales pipeline, enhance the sales process, and ensure key metrics are met by updating and setting metrics based on the growth cycle. Additionally, you will analyze the market through in-depth research and surveys to establish competitive advantages, highlight key concern areas, and update them as needed. Tracking primary metrics to ensure targets are hit and identifying new tracking metrics and challenges in achieving success will be part of your role. Creating presentations and reports for internal and external purposes using tools, as well as creating and managing partnership structures, are also key responsibilities. Please note that this role requires travel to domestic locations within India. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in the sales industry or MBA qualification - Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, with demonstrated sales success - Strong negotiation and communication skills - CRM experience is preferred Preferred: - 1+ year of experience in full-time partnerships and business development roles About Us: Markoknow enables the establishment and growth process of startups and small businesses in specific areas that accelerate growth.
