With over a decade of experience, we are known for our transparent processes, dependable service, and strong client relationships. Role Overview We are seeking a structured, experienced, and proactive Operations & CRM Lead to manage internal service delivery across inventory, marketing, CRM, and client servicing. This role requires ownership of backend execution and seamless coordination between sales and support functions. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Property Onboarding – Lead the inventory/field team to source, inspect, and onboard high-quality residential properties – Ensure listings are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand positioning Marketing Coordination – Supervise the marketing team for property uploads, lead communication, and execution of marketing campaigns – Monitor lead generation, track marketing output, and align with sales needs CRM & Post-Sales Service Delivery – Manage the CRM team to handle rent follow-ups, lease renewals, TDS reminders, and property management coordination – Maintain service SLAs, reduce delays, and ensure client satisfaction Sales & Operations Sync – Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure tight handovers, clear lead pipelines, and backend support for revenue goals – Address dependency gaps between presales, sales, and field teams Team Management & Reporting – Define KRAs, SOPs, and review mechanisms for operational staff – Enforce CRM hygiene and reporting consistency Customer Experience & Process Innovation – Resolve escalations quickly and drive service improvements – Use tech tools and automation to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual tasks Key Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in operations, CRM, or service delivery (real estate, property management, or service-based sectors preferred) Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional coordination Strong process orientation, documentation skills, and ability to implement structured systems Comfort with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and reporting dashboards Excellent communication and ownership mindset
