Role Overview

Operations & CRM Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Property Onboarding

2. – Lead the inventory/field team to source, inspect, and onboard high-quality residential properties
3. – Ensure listings are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand positioning

4. Marketing Coordination

5. – Supervise the marketing team for property uploads, lead communication, and execution of marketing campaigns
6. – Monitor lead generation, track marketing output, and align with sales needs

7. CRM & Post-Sales Service Delivery

8. – Manage the CRM team to handle rent follow-ups, lease renewals, TDS reminders, and property management coordination
9. – Maintain service SLAs, reduce delays, and ensure client satisfaction

10. Sales & Operations Sync

11. – Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure tight handovers, clear lead pipelines, and backend support for revenue goals
12. – Address dependency gaps between presales, sales, and field teams

13. Team Management & Reporting

14. – Define KRAs, SOPs, and review mechanisms for operational staff
15. – Enforce CRM hygiene and reporting consistency

16. Customer Experience & Process Innovation

17. – Resolve escalations quickly and drive service improvements
18. – Use tech tools and automation to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual tasks

Key Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience

  in operations, CRM, or service delivery (real estate, property management, or service-based sectors preferred)
• Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional coordination
• Strong process orientation, documentation skills, and ability to implement structured systems
• Comfort with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and reporting dashboards
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
