Job Description

Roles and responsibility: • Calling new property owner leads, received through different platforms and explaining our service. • Maintaining regular touchpoints with all active leads to take fee confirmation, gather accurate information, and stay up to date on availability. • Organising site visits pro-actively by maintaining good relationship with property owners, and updated information of keys availability. • Maintaining a reliable and trustworthy long term relationship with all property owners. • Maintain up to date and 100% accurate data in company backend, for the use of all other departments. Requirement • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Basic Computer skills • Pleasant and confident personality for customer handling • Experience in sales or customer care roles
