We are now launching a new vertical focused on fractional ownership of high-value homes , allowing multiple investors to co-own and benefit from luxury real estate. What You’ll Do Build and lead the fractional ownership vertical end-to-end Design the legal, tech, and business model with founder support Launch a pilot property and onboard HNI/NRI investors Oversee product development, investor journey, and platform rollout Scale AUM from 0 to ₹50 Cr over 24 months Eventually hire and lead a cross-functional team What We’re Looking For 8–15 years in business strategy, operations, venture building, product, or founder’s office Experience launching new products, verticals, or companies Strong execution, systems thinking, and ownership mindset Open to non-real-estate backgrounds — fintech, SaaS, D2C, consulting, and startup roles welcome What We Offer Fixed compensation: ₹12–18 LPA Quarterly performance-based bonus (linked to revenue or AUM) Equity up to 10% (vested over time based on milestone delivery) Full ownership with close founder collaboration Long-term growth trajectory into a CXO-level role Bonus if You Have: Experience working with HNIs or luxury customers Exposure to legal/finance structuring (LLP, SPVs, trusts, etc.) Proptech or fintech product understanding We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build something meaningful and sees this as a long-term entrepreneurial leadership opportunity , not just a job.
