Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, action-oriented Head of Operations to lead and streamline our Inventory, Field, Marketing, and Sales teams. This role reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for someone with strong operational experience, exceptional people management skills, and a relentless focus on driving results Key Responsibilities: Lead and align cross-functional teams (Inventory, Field, Marketing, Sales) to deliver on performance goals. Set and track quarterly objectives; hold teams accountable for results. Improve operational efficiency through SOPs, KPIs, and optimized workflows. Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as a strategic bridge between the CEO and teams, ensuring clarity and execution. Requirements: 7–12 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in fast-paced or growth-stage companies. Strong people leadership and project execution skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
