Job Opening: Head of Operations & Business Development Manager/

Industry: Export (Agro & Nutraceutical Products – Psyllium Husk)

Expected CTC: ₹15–18 LPA

🔹 Product Focus:

Agro & Nutraceutical Products (specifically Psyllium Husk- Similar Product include all Fibre )

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-end product development for international markets

Identifying and establishing new business opportunities globally

Driving sales and brand positioning in overseas markets

Representing the company at international trade fairs and client meetings

Leveraging social media platforms for product marketing and lead generation

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in international business development with a strong track record in driving sales growth

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in market development

Must have international travel experience, and be willing to travel abroad as part of the role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in leveraging social media platforms for marketing, lead generation, and brand visibility

Must be based in Ahmedabad .Experience or background in Agro & Nutraceutical products is a strong added advantage
