a) BU Head will be responsible for overall strategic direction, growth and profitability of Company's Battery Business. The candidate should be a visionary leader with deep understating of Battery Industry, proven track record of managing P&L.
b) Develop and Execute Business strategy for establishing battery business through technology transfer and strategic coperation and organization building that aligns with company's longterm vision.
c) Lead the development and commecialization of new products and technologies ensurng they meet market needs and customer demands.
d) Oversee Battery business unit's operation, manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain & Quality Control.
e) Identify market opportunities and drive business growth
f) Manage P&L, Establish and monitor KPIs to track financial performance., Drive Cost Reduction initiatives.
g) Lead Business Development and Sales Activities to secure new customers.
