Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and technically driven Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience who is eager to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who wants to remain on a technical career path, continuously learning and applying advanced tools to build robust, scalable, and efficient enterprise applications. You will play a crucial role in developing both standalone applications and components that fit seamlessly into our broader enterprise architecture.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:

  Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance applications across the front end, back end, APIs, and databases.

• AI Integration:

  Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance development workflows:
• Code Generation: Use AI to automate boilerplate code and support complex logic design.
• Debugging: Leverage AI for intelligent error detection, root cause analysis, and suggested resolutions.
• Deployment: Explore AI-assisted automation in testing, release management, and infrastructure provisioning.

• Architecture Alignment:

  Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reusability, and maintainability.

• Quality Assurance:

  Uphold coding best practices, including automated testing, secure coding, and peer reviews.

• Technical Problem Solving:

  Analyse and resolve complex issues across the application lifecycle.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay current on trends in full-stack technologies, AI/ML, and enterprise software.

• AI Acumen:

  Clearly communicate the advantages (e.g., velocity, quality, automation) and challenges (e.g., privacy, ethics, over-reliance) of AI in enterprise contexts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Documentation:

  Maintain clear, concise technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes.

• Industry Knowledge (Bonus):

  Apply domain expertise in manufacturing or renewable energy to develop solutions addressing industry-specific challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related engineering field
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development
• Industry experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors
• Practical use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Vibe, Canvas) and AI-driven testing tools
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns
• Proven technical capability through open-source contributions or a strong personal project portfolio.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET Core).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and consumption.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated interest in and a foundational understanding of how AI can be applied to software development tasks.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
