Data & Analytics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the employer brand and attract top talent. Location: Jaipur
