Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support. Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
