Talent Acquisition Lead

As Talent Acquisition Lead at Jio, based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies, and procedures. - Identify talent gaps on an ongoing basis and define recruitment strategy. - Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations. - Perform analysis of attrition data, performance data, and scorecards. - Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends, and key learnings. - Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define development plans. - Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in line with hiring guidelines. - Partner with the business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. - Masters degree in human resources.
