Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Representative to join our interior design team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential clients over the phone, introduce them to our interior design services, and persuade them to schedule appointments with our design consultants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for interior design. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our interior design services. 2. Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences related to interior design. 3. Provide information about our company, services, and previous projects to potential clients. 4. Persuade prospects to schedule appointments with our interior design consultants. 5. Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage conversion. 6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles. 2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanour. 3. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite. 6. Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends is a plus. 7. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and identify areas for improvement. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Negotiate and close deals while professionally handling client inquiries and objections. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction. Collect client feedback to enhance service offerings and improve the overall customer experience. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interiors, furniture, or real estate industry. Willingness and ability to conduct site visits and manage on-site project coordination.
