Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call the leads provided by the marketing team to initiate contact.
  • Gather detailed information from leads regarding their property requirements.
  • Brief leads about Aantarika’s services, solutions, and value proposition.
  • Address initial queries and concerns of leads to generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Follow up with leads as needed to nurture interest and ensure scheduled meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer outreach preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Organized with strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate, property, or related sectors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools for lead management.
