Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations, your role will involve defining and executing the overall operations & supply chain strategy to support the companys growth objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end supply chain functions such as procurement, vendor management, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment. - Developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Leading multi-hub warehousing operations with a focus on capacity planning, automation, and accuracy. - Optimizing distribution networks across various channels for speed, service, and cost efficiency. - Implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround time. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational agility and support product development and new launches. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or E-commerce. - Deep understanding of procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment operations. - Proven ability to scale operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Hands-on experience with ERP/SCM tools and automation systems. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Education: - MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics Management from a reputed institute preferred. Engineering background would be an added advantage.
