Job Summary:

Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit & Review:

• Verify and audit the day-to-day accounting work done by bookkeepers.
• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures.

• Compliance & Taxation:

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
• Handle Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), ESIC compliances.
• Manage ROC filings, company/LLP annual compliances, and registrations.
• Assist in statutory audit and internal audit requirements.

• Client Support & Documentation:

• Coordinate with clients for required documents and compliance updates.
• Maintain proper documentation for all filings and reports.
• Handle notices, queries, and assessments under various laws.
• Lead and manage end-to-end business operations
• Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Optimize cost, resources, and process efficiency
• Support management in strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in operations management or leadership role
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Experience in process improvement and performance management
