We cater to distributors, retail dealers, showrooms, and OEMs, offering high quality and elegant hardware solutions from across the globe. Role Overview As a Sales Manager (On-Field Sales Representative), you’ll drive B2B sales by visiting retail outlets, distributors, architects, and contractors. You’ll identify opportunities, close deals, manage payments, and build strong client relationships across the Delhi NCR region. Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage B2B sales across assigned territories. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and designers. • Conduct market visits, present products, and negotiate deals. • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Requirements • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales (preferably Modular Kitchens, Laminates, or Interior Fittings). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
