Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Maintain attendance, payroll inputs & HR records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC & statutory norms
• Organize employee engagement & welfare activities
• Support in training, appraisals & documentation
Candidate Profile• Graduate in HR / Business Administration
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Recruitment
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HR tools
