ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsCleanliness of Office.Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisitionOversee employee engagement, grievance redressal, and retention programsMaintain HR records, policies, and proceduresManage payroll coordination and compliance with labor lawsConduct performance evaluations, training, and development initiativesSupport management in building a strong, collaborative company cultureRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 3 years of HR management experience (preferably in a service or travel industry)Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor lawExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to handle conflict resolution and team developmentHands-on with recruitment tools, HRMS, and Excel
