Onsite Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records at client locations.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments in accounting software/manual registers as per client setup.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cashbooks, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
• Coordinate with the client’s staff for collection of bills, invoices, and payment details.
• Generate MIS reports as per client and Youtax requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT).
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of vouchers, bills, and supporting records.
• Report daily/weekly accounting updates to Youtax Head Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client financial data.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / Accounting diploma.
• Experience: 1–3 years in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software preferred.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance basics.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel and work at client locations (within assigned region).
