Role Overview

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company’s operational functions. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to streamline processes to drive profitability, efficiency, and organizational excellence. The candidate should be capable of taking full ownership of the operations department and aligning it with the company’s long-term vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations across departments, ensuring smooth business processes and timely execution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce costs and improve turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operational objectives with overall company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Work closely with leadership to plan business expansion, optimize operations, and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in driving profitability, efficiency, and organizational growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
